During our time together my aim is to meet you where you are at, and help you to experience more space, more ease, and more empowerment!

We'll meet via Zoom, using the link in your confirmation email.

Please make sure you are somewhere that you feel comfortable, private, and can be undisturbed for the duration of our call.

After our initial contact, we can meet directly via phone as well. (no camera needed!)

During Our Call, Please Bring:

- Something to take notes with (pen/pencil and paper)
- Tissues (because sometimes you need them!)
- some water/tea (this is helpful to soothe your nervous system)

Here's how I structure our time together:

10-15 minutes getting clear on what you want to address. We'll map out where you are now, and where you want to go, then we'll zoom in on the support you need.*

25-30 minutes doing deeper work. This includes tapping, breath work, or digging deeper into coaching models and inquiry to help your whole system feel more supported: mind (thoughts), heart (emotions), body (sensations), and breath.

15-20 minutes reflecting and distilling. We'll reflect on the shifts that occurred, and translate your insights into actionable steps.

*If you want to do deeper work during our time together, then it's valuable for you to come to the session with clarity about what you want to address. If you want support uncovering what you need support around, we can absolutely prioritize that, and then do deeper work as time allows. Many of my clients find that sometimes they want support through reflection and discussion, and sometimes they want a deeper process-based experience.
