I started this work because I needed it myself. I had been aware of EFT Tapping since I was a teenager, and I knew how effective it could be at shifting unhelpful patterns. At the height of my struggles with emotional eating and negative body image, I found a program that first helped me heal, and then taught me how to help other women struggling in those same ways. I went on to do many other trainings, adding depth, nuance, and techniques to my repertoire. And through thousands of hours of sessions, I've honed what I do into something that is incredibly gentle, and effective.
I've navigated many changes and challenges in my life: moving to new cities, loss of loved ones, health challenges, career changes, and more. I know what it's like to feel stuck, to feel like you know all the right things but you just aren't doing them, and to feel disconnected from your power and sense of love, contentment, and peace. I've witnessed this work change my life for the better, as well as the lives of the women I've worked with.
As someone who's always been a student of life, of myself, and of human nature, I see my coaching role as a supporting role to all my clients. You are the hero on your hero's journey. I am a helper and guide: by being a compassionate witness, cheering you on, and equipping you with tools and awareness that you can carry with you for the rest of your life.
My work currently centers around helping deeply caring women through big life transitions that leave them feeling stressed, disoriented, and quietly asking, "who am I now?" I'm also a certified Women Empowered jiu jitsu instructor, and that work has transformed me and subsequently my coaching. I feel passionate about helping other women feel emotionally supported on their training journeys.
